SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. When your Reuset is ready to be sent out to its forever home, you will get another email from us along with tracking details (if tracked shipping selected). Please allow 2-4 days for your order to get to you. If you have any questions or issues about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@reuset.com, and we will be happy to help.

Returns

Reuset are food storage items, and as such, we only accept returns of unused items or by reason of manufacturing default.

Please note that the goods must be accompanied by the official receipt/tax invoice you received at checkout if you wish to return an item. You may only return your Reuset to our warehouse for exchange if they were purchased online at www.reuset.com. If you want to exchange your Reuset that was not purchased online, it will need to be returned to the authorised Reuset reseller.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item. We do not offer store credits, so please take care with your selection and refer to the size and colour guides before finalising your choice. All pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary due to product enhancement. 

We can only exchange items that have been unused in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of goods, for example:

• the item is in its original packaging; and
• the item is unused and as received

Please include your contact details, including the order number, name, email address, and phone number, with your goods.

Please contact us to advise of a product return. A return must be requested within seven days of receiving your order. 

You should then return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving delivery return details. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Reuest and may only be exchanged for an alternative product unless found faulty.

The customer bears the return cost for all returns due to a change of mind.
